Cardinals 3, Mets 0: Three Up, Three Down

It may be worry-time for an offense that is simply not clicking.

Three Up
1. Dillon Gee:
Give Gee credit for not cracking in the fourth inning, when the game easily could have spiraled out of control. After a so-so start to the season, Gee looks to be very much back on track.

2. Gonzalez Germen: Germen has developed into a real catch for the Mets, who have leaned on him in varying situations this season. His ability to pitch multiple innings has proven invaluable.

3. Eric Young, Jr.: On a night when the Mets struggled to hit with any shred of consistency, Young reached base twice. It was the best offensive night of any Met.

Three Down
1. David Wright: Wright punctuated his 0-for-4 night by striking out looking as the potential tying run in the ninth. We’ll chalk this one up to a rare offensive blip.

2. Curtis Granderson: The strikeouts are piling up for Granderson and so is every other type of out. His career-long slump now stands at 0-for-22.

3. Jose Valverde: If the Mets had any designs on mounting a comeback, Valverde dashed them by walking the leadoff man in the ninth and allowing a critical insurance run. Valverde has given up at least one run in five of his last six outings.

I actually do have some questions for you if you don’t mind.
Could it be simply me or do a few of these remarks look like they are written by brain dead visitors?😛 And, if you are posting on additional online social sites, I
would like to keep up with you. Would you make a list of every one of all your public sites like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?
